Daniel Andrade
President
Mr. Daniel Andrade is the founder of the Progress Foundation [Fundacion Progreso]
and currently presides over its Board of Directors.
Day to day he acts as principal executive and director in charge of the constructions
of Bolivia’s first Impact Investment fund – the Progress Fund, [Fondo Progreso].
Mr. Andrade has previously worked in United Nations in New York & acted as consultant
to several American and European NGOs. He recently accepted a prestigious teaching
position in Universidad Católica’s postgraduate program of Public Management and
Policy, where he is currently teaching ‘Strategy in Public Policy’.
He holds a BA in International Affairs and Political Science from Northeastern University,
MA - postgraduate studies in negotiation and diplomacy at the Fletcher School of
Law and Diplomacy – in Tufts University & he received a Masters in the field of
Public Administration from the prestigious SPIA department in the University of
Georgia.
He is keenly interested in impact investment, social entrepreneurship, and initiatives
for the BoP, social responsibility, development and inclusive businesses in emerging
markets.
