Given the lack of state capacity to effectively fight poverty in Bolivia and that the barriers between the private sector, civil society and government are slowly coming down, we feel that an organization of this nature can help bridge the gaps and friction between these sectors in hopes of strengthening development and sustainability through poverty and inequality reduction.
